Scope and Principles

By using the Website, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Prior to the conclusion of the ordering process, the customer is prompted to confirm the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Ordering and delivery

All orders placed by customers constitute a binding offer to Sinus-Verlag AG.

Sinus-Verlag AG reserves the right to refuse orders without giving any reasons.

 

Retention of title, right of return and defective goods

Until receipt of the full payment of the due amount the ordered products remain the property of Sinus-Verlag AG.

A right of return is only valid for products with manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries. The decision whether to deliver a replacement or refund the purchase price remains with Sinus-Verlag AG. Replacement deliveries are free of postage. The Customer undertakes to notify Sinus-Verlag in writing of any defects within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods.

Should you wish to return a purchased product for other reasons, please get in contact. We will always endeavour to find a customer-friendly solution.

 

Special rates and discounts

Discounts and special promotions only apply in the period indicated. Discounts and other promotions cannot be combined, unless it is accordingly stated. Sinus-Verlag AG explicitly reserves the right to change the discount policy.

Payments

The customer has the option to make their purchases via Paypal credit card / debit card.

The customer may make a request for invoice (net 30 days from invoice date) or pre-payment to buy goods.

 

Register and login with Sinus-Verlag AG

Registration with Sinus-Verlag AG is possible for the use of the web shop of the Sinus-Verlag AG.  A Sinus-Verlag AG login is strictly reserved for actual private individuals. The customer is obligated to give all information truthfully. The customer is further responsible to keep his access and his account information secret. Redistribution and / or multiple use of the password is prohibited and may without advance warning lead to suspension of the account. The right of further claims for damages is expressly reserved. In addition Sinus-Verlag AG recommends for safety the periodic change of the password. Sinus-Verlag AG reserves the right to delete an account in breach of provisions of these Terms or other contractual arrangements immediately. The customer himself can request the cancellation of his Sinus-Verlag AG logins at any time and without giving a reason. Simultaneously with the deletion of the logins all claims by the customer with respect to password-protected / registrant deals are invalidated.

 

Personal data and security

The data provided by the customer are strictly confidential. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless this is done to protect the rights of the customer or of Sinus-Verlag AG under a legal obligation to comply with the terms and conditions or to correct technical errors. The customer agrees to the use of their data for specified purposes.

 

Safety note

We expressly point out that the transmission of data over the Internet (eg when communicating via email) can have security vulnerability. Complete data security cannot therefore be guaranteed. We accept no liability for damage resulting from such vulnerabilities. We recommend that confidential information should be sent by post.

 

Sinus-Verlag AG Newsletter and mailings

In each newsletter sent there is a link whereby it can be cancelled with immediate effect. You also have the option to cancel mailings to your adress with immediate effect. A brief email to the Sinus-Verlag AG is sufficient. But we would be happy to continue serving you with Sinus-Verlag AG information.
